3. Services, Products & Bookings

• A. Scope: The Services include professional beauty treatments, retail products, and informational content. All bookings, purchases, and services are subject to these Terms.
• B. Service Modification: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, product offering, or feature at any time without notice. If a pre-booked service or purchased package is modified or cancelled by us, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or process a full refund for applicable charges.
• C. Booking Agreement: When you book an appointment (online or otherwise), your booking is subject to confirmation and a $50 non-refundable deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that we deem unsuitable or inappropriate. We also require at least 48-hours notice of cancellations.

4. Purchases and Payments

• A. Pricing and Availability: All prices are displayed in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice. All sales are final, except where prohibited by mandatory Australian consumer law (ACL).
• B. Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our treatments, once the treatment has been completed, there can be no refund. If you purchase a take home product, these can be discussed on a case by case basis.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

• A. Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in this website, including all text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, service marks, and software ("Content"), are owned by Beautique Artistry or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

• B. Limitation on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us in the preceding three months.
